While in Wyoming, Montana or Idaho, check out Yellowstone National Park.

Many people find a particular city or state that they like, and they visit often.

Others like to see it all, as in all 50 states.

But finding something interesting and fun in all states might prove difficult.

7. Connecticut—ride by ESPN’s sprawling campus in Bristol, Conn.
8. Delaware—check out the Rehoboth Black Bay guided kayak excursion from Dewey Beach, which is perfect for novice kayakers because you will have the assistance of an ACA-certified kayak instructor. Watch out for wildlife like the blue heron.
9. Florida—check out the Florida Classic, the annual gridiron showdown between Florida A&M University and Bethune-Cookman University, in Orlando, Fla.
10. Georgia—visit the birthplace of Martin Luther King, Jr. in Atlanta on Auburn Avenue
11. Hawaii—pick a beach, any beach; but stay away from volcanoes.
12. Idaho—visit Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho to see the famed blue turf.
13. Illinois—take in a Bears football game Soldier Field in Chicago
14. Indiana—check out a college basketball game at Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind., the house that Bobby Knight built.
15. Iowa—It may not be heaven, but for baseball lovers it is close. Visit the Field of Dreams movie site in Dyersville, Iowa
16. Kansas—Check out a NASCAR race Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.
17. Kentucky—Learn more about the greatest of all time at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Ky.
18. Louisiana—Check out the Bayou Classic, the Thanksgiving weekend football showdown between Southern University and Grambling State University in New Orleans. Please, do not forget to check out the step show and the battle of the bands as well. Dress to impress because it is a cultural event and not just a sporting event.
19. Maine—visit as many lighthouses as possible.
20. Maryland— Check out an Orioles game at Camden Yards in Baltimore
21. Massachusetts—attend a Boston Red Sox baseball game at Fenway Park
22. Michigan—Visit the Motown Museum (aka “Hitsville, U.S.A.”) in Detroit to see where some of the greatest R&B acts of all time like The Supremes, The Miracles and The Temptations laid down their vocals with help from musicians, The Funk Brothers

34. North Dakota—check out a North Dakota State University football game at the Fargo Dome
35. Ohio—check out music royalty at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland
36. Oklahoma—Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Okla. Visit the Greenwood District, once a thriving Black community that outpaced many White communities before many of the White citizens of Tulsa destroyed it in 1921.
37. Oregon—Check out the NCAA track and field championships in Eugene, Ore.
38. Pennsylvania—visit Independence National Historic Park in Philadelphia
39. Rhode Island—take a day long statewide sightseeing tour and see some pristine beaches and amazing lighthouses.
40. South Carolina—visit the Mother Emmanuel Church, the tragic site of a brutal 21^st century hate crime.
41. South Dakota—visit Mount Rushmore National Memorial
42. Tennessee—visit the Lorraine Motel to see where Martin Luther King, Jr. spent his last days. Look at the room he stayed in. Plus, check out the boardinghouse where James Earl Ray stayed before firing the fatal gunshots.
43. Texas—Juneteenth historical places in Galveston, Texas. Check out the historical marker where former Maj. Gen. Gordon Granger, commanding officer, District of Texas, read “General Order No. 3” on June 19, 1865, which stated, “all slaves are free.”
44. Utah—attend the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah to check out some of the best upcoming motion pictures that Hollywood has to offer.
45. Vermont—Great bike tours, a six-day all-inclusive bicycle vacations
46. Virginia—visit Historic Jamestowne
47. Washington—visit Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle
