Video: Smith, Waugh Discuss Essence Fest’s New Orleans Future on ‘The Isiah Factor Uncensored’

On Aug. 27, Regal Media Group CEO Todd A. Smith and publicist Bridgett Waugn appeared on “The Isiah Factor Uncensored” to discuss the Essence Fest possibly leaving New Orleans.

While Essence Fest has lost sponsors because of President Donald Trump’s crusade to eliminate diversity efforts, Smith said it is imperative for the festival to survive the next two years in anticipation of a new White House that champions inclusivity.

“The Isiah Factor Uncensored” airs on Fox 26 Houston, Fox Local and Fox Soul.
